I have a passion for people’s mental health and have worked with children, young adults and adults for over 10 years I am fully insured, DBS checked and abide by the BACP's professional and ethical standards.

As a trauma informed integrative counsellor, I can draw on many different modalities to tailor the sessions to the needs of everyone that I work with. Flexibility for me, is key. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their feelings in a safe and supported way.

Alongside my private practice at Therapy@Barnfield, I work as a psychological therapist and counsellor at St Wilfrids and The Maynard, Exeter. Prior to this I have worked with children and young adults at Young Devon and at Devon Rape and Sexual Assault Service.
